Not for all lessons. While pole acrobatics and choreography are a big part of our courses, we’re also constantly adding tricks and techniques that don’t require a pole. For example, we include Dance Acrobatics (floor tricks), as well as foundational acrobatics like Handstands. Additionally, with the Full Experience plan, you can always check out recipes for healthy snacks and meals, or do workouts like glute exercises, body conditioning, or pole-free routines. There’s always something new to try, no matter what equipment you have at home.

Our Full Experience plan includes more than just pole. You’ll get nutrition guides, recipe book, strength and conditioning workouts, glutes programs, and training plans to build a balanced physique. Our courses are pre-recorded Digital Lessons, which means you can watch them anytime, anywhere. The beauty of this format - you get to learn at your own pace and revisit the lessons as many times as you need. While the main content is pre-recorded, we also offer Online Private Sessions via Zoom, where you can experience real-time training with us, just like an in-person session.
